Note that this page is updated manually (if ever), so don't expect new entries any time soon. Also note that the list was generated based on reverse DNS records and not on RIPE whois, so it does not necessarily reflect the reality. I.e. there may be countries on the list that did not pay me a visit (but simply the domain in their TLD was used by someone in another place on Earth), and some countires that did may not be listed due to lack of revDNS for many IPs in my log.
